 All services are subject to final reconfirmation until requested payment is received. All prices are subject to change without notice. Deposits maybe required to confirm your reservation. At the time we confirm your reservation to you we will tell you of the deposit required, generally 50% of the tour cost. We will also tell you when the balance is due. Non receipt of payment on a timely basis will result in cancellation. Documents will be mailed to you as soon as final payment is received departure. For changes after the deposit is paid there will be a charge of $15.00 Cancellations:

LatinTrip, its agents act only as agents for the passengers. LatinTrip, arranges with airlines, hotels and other independent firms to provide these services. It does not control these firms and cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. It cannot assume any liability of injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, inconvenience or any regularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect of any vehicle or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying or in carrying out arrangements of the tours for acts of vandalism, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, war, government actions, weather, or act of God or any other factors contributing to additional expense arising out of delays, changes, of schedule or other causes. The right is reserved to accept or decline any person as a member of any tour or to cancel or change a tour as circumstances may demand. The acceptance of tickets and/or vouchers shall be deemed as consent to the above conditions. |
